Chris Jessie Is Relieved Texas Won

If you missed it last night — and I wouldn’t blame you if you had — Texas won the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl by routing Arizona State 52-34. The game did have its drama, though, when a member of the Longhorns sideline staff touched the ball in play. The ensuing penalty sparked a Sun Devils drive for a touchdown, though UT still led the game 21-7 at that point.

Even though the unsportsmanlike foul on Chris Jessie, who happens to be the stepson of Texas head coach Mack Brown, didn’t have any bearing on the outcome of the game, someone had to post a video and vent their frustration against the poor kid.
