Key his Escalade: Kevin Everett was carted off the field unconscious after a helmet-to-helmet hit against Domenik Hixon at the start of the second half. Everyone says injuries are part of the game, but that doesn’t make it any less tragic.

Game ball goes to: Adrian Peterson made a big splash in his NFL debut, rushing for 103 yards and taking a pass 60 yards for a TD.
Key his Escalade: Joey Harrington tossed two interceptions in his first start for Atlanta.
