Vick not a pot head says Worldwide Leader

ESPN is reporting today that Atlanta Falcons quarterback and middle finger virtuoso Michael Vick will not be charged with marijuana possession after his marijuana-filled water bottle was confiscated at the Miami airport last week.

The Worldwide Leader’s Chris Mortensen broke the story, reporting Vick will be exonerated of any charges stemming from the incident. And you know, he’s never been wrong before, so I guess it must be true. However, a curious public will want to know what was inside that secret compartment in Ron Mexico’s water bottle that smelled like weed and needed to be kept in a secret compartment in a water bottle.

Whether or not Mort’s reporting turns out to be right, I’m sure the “water bottle incident” will become another fixture in the fabled life of Michael Vick, right alongside the “herpes incident” and the “flipping the bird” incident. But if it turns out that ESPN is wrong on this story, I suppose we’ll need to go back and edit our tribute video to athletic pot heads Ricky Williams, Onterrio “The Whizzinator” Smith, and former Texas Longhorn Ramonce Taylor.
