Bad hands Romo? We ask the experts

The Dallas Cowboys lost their wild card showdown with the Seattle Seahawks tonight 21-20 after quarterback Tony Romo mishandled the snap on what would have been the game-winning field goal. After looking like a clutch player earlier in the season, we here at oddsnark were all pretty shocked by how the game went down, so we had to ask the experts, “Does Romo really have that bad of hands?” Here’s what they had to say.

Jessica Simpson: Bad hands, oh my Lord yes he has bad hands. I mean, I don’t know how much of an expert I am on such things, we only went out a couple times, but that boy could fumble a pair of mittens tied to his jacket. At dinner one night he must have dropped his fork about twenty times, and he spilled two glasses of champaign. At the hotel later, I’m all set to score a touchdown or two, but Tony had so much trouble getting the girls loose from their restraint that I totally lost interest. Bad hands? That’s Tony Romo.

Carrie Underwood: Well now I’m just a sweet, innocent country gal, and I was taught to not say anything bad about a person, especially when they’re down. But since you asked, let me just say to the women out there that you don’t want to let Tony let his fingers do the walking, if you know what I mean. Bad hands? He’s like a duck wearing boxing gloves. I never seen a boy so nervous and unsure of what he’s supposed to do, and when you’re in that position, you do not want anyone fumbling the ball. Let’s just say, Tony did.
