Rate The Mate: Mike Modano and Willa Ford
I’m not a big fan of Mike Modano, especially since his little hissy fit at the Olympics, bitching like a little bitch about bad hotels and having to book his own travel. (Just admit Team USA was too old and too slow to compete.) It also doesn’t help that he plays for the loathsome Minnesota Dallas North Stars. But my estimation of the NHLer went up this week when I saw at The Big Lead that Modano is dating Willa Ford.
You might not remember, but she had a minor hit with the song “I Wanna Be Bad” and declared herself The Bad Girl of Pop back in 2001. Since then she’s done nothing of note, except for doing a spread in Playboy [NSFW] and appearing on Dancing with the Stars. Still, that’s a pretty good catch for a big dumb lug like Modano.
