Back on Wednesday, your faithful friends here are the Snark brought you the exciting news about Jeff King winning the Kusko 300 after the start of the dog sled race had been delayed due to bitterly cold weather. We also gave a link to a video so that you could see for yourself what 60 below zero weather is all about. Well, now you can imagine our surprise today when Deadspin posted this item about the K300. Take a look. Compare and contrast.
Jeeze, first it’s CBS SportsLine, now it’s Deadspin. Come on people, we know we’re good but stop ripping us off! Okay, actually we don’t mind if you steal material from us, it makes us feel good, it lets us know we’re wanted and needed. (Some say it’s because we’re from broken homes but actually that’s just how insecure all writers are.) All we ask is that you give us a little credit, huh?
