Glenn blames his son for getting him involved in dog sledding. You see, Glenn’s son, Brian, read Balto as a child so he naturally then wanted a Siberian husky. This led to buying another, because the first needed a companion, of course, and then one thing led to another (as they say) and few months later Glenn had a whole dog team. Thank goodness his son didn’t read Old Yeller. Glenn is entering his canine brood in their very first Iditarod Trail Race this year and needs volunteers for his effort. If you live near Madison, Wisconsin, and want to help out, see his Web site for details.
