Klitschko in ‘06

ESPN is reporting that Vitali Klitschko will run in Ukraine’s parliamentary elections in March, and a press release on the Klitschko brothers’ site reports that the former heavyweight champ isn’t ruling out running for the mayorship of Kiev.

It also states that “he achieved all his goals, and was at the top of his career before making way for other athletes to fight for the world title.”

Huh. You won the vacant WBC title by beating Corrie Sanders. You only fought two good fighters, losing to both. You’re better known not for winning or losing, but for quitting. All of your goals, top of your career — should make a great politician.
