All bow down to the master. Jeff King is a living, breathing, three-time Iditarod champion. You read that right, he’s won the Last Great Race three times. In 1993 he won for the first time in 10 days, 15 hours. Jeff won again in 1996 (nine days, five hours, and 43 minutes) and 1998 (nine days, five hours, and 52 minutes). More than that, during a span of 13 years he never finished the race father back than seventh place. He is a God and they should just hand him the prize money now. Jeff and his wife, Donna, run Goose Lake Kennels in Denali and trains about 100 dogs. He’s a Californian by birth but moved to Alaska in 1975.
