Renee Thomas Gets Sued

Melissa Holden, favorite Topcat punching bag, has filed suit against Renee Thomas. The lawsuit claims Victoria Renee Thomas “intentionally, willfully and maliciously assaulted and battered” her.

Holden, a 26-year-old nurse and University of South Florida student, claims she’s been humiliated and that people assume she has a husband or boyfriend that beat her up. Seems like you’d have to be a pretty shitty boyfriend or husband to beat up your girlfriend or wife right after she gets her ass kicked by two cheerleaders, but I’ll leave that to the jury.

Thomas already faces a battery charge and two other charges of using a false name. Angela Keathley, her fellow bathroom stall inspector and ex-Topcat, faces charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.On the charge of livin’ classy, all parties plead no contest.
